1 small frozen banana
1 package of The Flawless Whey (vanilla)
1 cup of original almond milk
1 cup of ice
Blend together. Enjoy.
Note- You can use whatever kind of milk you like! Or make it with water. The frozen banana + ice makes the shake so creamy. It’s like banana ice cream! This is my go to post workout shake. You could also throw in a handful of spinach in for some extra nutrition. I promise you can’t taste the spinach
