1.5 cups of rolled oats
1.25 cup of canned pumpkin
1 package of The Flawless Whey (vanilla)
2 tsp of cinnamon
1 tsp of allspice
3 tbsp of egg whites scrambled.
1 pinch of sea salt
1-2 tbsp of light brown sugar (or sugar of choice)
2 tsp of baking soda
2 shakes of ginger (optional)
1/2 cup chopped nuts of choice (optional)
Scramble 3 liquid egg-whites. In a bowl add all of the other ingredients. Oats, Pumpkin, Protein powder, Cinnamon, AllSpice, Sea Salt, Sweetener, Baking soda, Ginger, and Nuts. If you have pumpkin pie spice you could use that also. Add scrambled eggs to mix once finished. Add a bit of water until it makes a batter. Make sure everything is all stirred together. Spray a muffin tin, or 8 by 8 pan with non stick spray. Add batter. Cook at 375 for 25 minutes. Enjoy!
