2 tbsp of peanut butter of choice
1 splash of milk
Cook oats like you normally would. Add protein powder to cooked oats. Stir. Add a bit of milk to get the right consistency that you want. Swirl in peanut butter. Enjoy! This is a balanced meal that includes healthy grains/carbs, protein, and healthy fat from the nut butter! I added cocoa nibs on top for a extra touch!
You could throw this into a blender as well. (Just keep the oats raw if you do).
