Fall is here my Flawless Science friends. Do you know what that means?! Apples, cinnamon, and PUMPKIN oh my. You must try this wonderful hearty breakfast. PumpKing Oats.
What you need-
1/2 cup of dried roll oats
3/4 cup of pumpkin
1 package of The Flawless Whey (vanilla)
Cinnamon to taste
1 tbsp of milk
A few walnuts
Cook dried oats how you normally would. Add in the pumpkin, protein powder ,cinnamon, and 1 tbsp of milk of choice. Stir. Top with walnuts. So yummy! This breakfast will keep you full for hours. It would make a really special weekend breakfast for you and the kids!

For snacks I have two guidelines. Protein and a fruit/veggie should be involved. So like a cheese stick and 1 small orange. Or a veggie burger wrapped in lettuce. You get the point. I had some beautiful organic gala apples that I had to use so I came up with this yummy recipe.
You only need three ingredients!
A few apples
1 package of The Flawless Whey vanilla protein
Cinnamon
How easy is that? 
Step 1 Preheat oven to 375.
Step 2 Wash and cut your apples. You can cut them into dices or slices whatever you prefer.
Step 3 Add diced or sliced apples into a bowl. Mix with 1 package of flawless whey and sprinkle on some cinnamon. I used a ton.
Step 4 Make sure you coat all of the apples with the mixture.
Step 5 Transfer to a glass baking dish. Make sure you spray the dish liberally with non stick spray. It helps cook down the apples.
Step 6 Bake for 30 minutes. Pull out and give it a stir. Place back in oven for 15 minutes.
Step 7 ENJOY!
Baked apples are such a yummy little treat with no guilt. With the added protein factor included, you have a wonderful fall snack. Plus it makes the house smell GREAT.
I served my portion of baked apples with a bit of vanilla greek yogurt. So yummy

I have a simple little smoothie recipe that is great for on the go.
1/2 cup almond milk
1 package of vanilla The Flawless Whey
2 small oranges (I used 1 whole orange minus the skin, and just juiced the other orange for extra flavor)
1 cup of ice
So simple. Just peel one orange. Add the orange segments, almond milk (or milk of choice), flawless whey, and ice to blender. For extra orange flavor I cut another small orange up and squeezed it’s juice as well. Blend well. You do not need any extra sugar here trust me.
